Vitali Spesivtsev, PhD in Technical Sciences, is a leading system analyst at BelInSoft company (Belarus). He is also deputy chairman at the Expert Council at the Cyber Industry Association (Belarus).

His research interests include information protection, countering destructive influence on digital infrastructure, and threats to information systems on regional and global levels. Vitaly has authored about ten academic publications in peer-reviewed journals in Belarus and abroad.
