Stopping the war in Ukraine and rebuilding peace in Europe will have to be carried out at different levels, covering a wide range of issues and involving a number of actors. Where to begin, and what are possible pathways to peace?
The panel will address these questions by presenting and discussing the methodology of the Peace Matrix, which outlines the multidimensional nature of the security challenges in the OSCE area. The Peace Matrix was developed by the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) as a result of a series of closed-door Track-2 meetings in various OSCE capitals.
