The expert round table held within the framework of Kazakhstan’s chairmanship of the SCO and on the eve of Belarus’s entry into the organisation as a full member. The discussion was co-organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Belarus and the Minsk Dialogue Council on International Relations.
