Alisiya Ivanova is an analyst and a communications manager at the Minsk Dialogue Council on International Relations.
Alisiya has a Master's degree in International Relations from Central European University (Vienna, Austria). She is a graduate of the Belarusian State University with a Bachelor's degree in International Law.
Alisiya is a member of the Younger Generation Leaders Network on Euro-Atlantic Security (YGLN).
In 2019, Alisiya worked at the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISS) and completed an internship at the Mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Belarus. Alisiya is a winner and participant of prestigious international law competitions (Jessup Moot-Court Competition (USA), Jean-Pictet Competition (Indonesia)).
Alisiya's research interests include international and regional security, military alliances, and arms control.
