Anton Boltachka

Analyst

Anton Boltachka is an analyst at the Minsk Dialogue Council on International Relations.

Anton completed a two-years M.A. program in Applied Economics at the American University (AU) in Washington, DC. After the completion of the program, Anton worked at the World Bank as a short term consultant. Previously he also worked in the Research Department of the National Bank of Belarus. He got a B.A. degree in International Management and Economics from the Belarusian National Technical University (Minsk, Belarus) and further held an M.A. degree in Economics and Management from Belarusian State University (Minsk, Belarus).

Originally from Ivatsevichy, Belarus, Anton is interested in new quantitative techniques for economic analysis and the socio-economic development of emerging markets. He speaks English, Belarusian, and Russian.
